About Us
Sunny Engineers was established in the year 2000 as an extension of M/S Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd., which has been in the stamping business since 1995. We carried out only specific job work for M/S Gabriel India Ltd., the major customers of Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently, Sunny Engineers was developed as an independent manufacturing and profit centre since 2009 and has its own set-up and manpower. From here, we have been working as a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Sheet Metal Stampings and Assemblies for various industries like home security, water treatment, electrical and gas meters, LPG plants, defence & aerospace, textile machinery and Tier 1 automotive products like emission control, ride control, lightning, engine tubing, engine cooling, turbo charger, etc. What began as a small job working company with just one staff member, 5 workers and Rs 0.8 Million Rupees Turnover (US$ 0.011 million/0.010 million) is now expanding into an organisation with a total strength of 18 members and a turnover of Rs 30 million (US$ 0.43 million/0.38 million) supplying precision pressed parts and assemblies to customers in India, Europe, Australia and the USA. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and heading towards the IATF:16949 Certification.
Promoter's Background
- Mr. Hemachandra Shrotri, founder and CEO of the company, is a Gold Medallist Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years experience as an entrepreneur.
- He is the founder of Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd which was started in 1995 and made the company grow from 7 to 75 employees by 2012 with the turnover of the company having risen from Rs 0.33 Mill to Rs 120 Mill. successfully handling OEM clients like Piaggio Vehicles Ltd. LG Electronics, Daewoo, Philips, Standard Meter, Yale Security Systems. Sulzer, Hoerbiger and Tier 1 Suppliers such Gabriel, Tenneco, Schaeffler Group, TACO group with parts being supplied across India, the UK, France and Spain.
- After successfully running the company the founder sold his company in Jan 2013 to explore new opportunities and to expand Sunny Engineers.
Our Infrastructure
The company has good quality press machines as its core strength and appropriate calibrated measuring and test equipment and Inspection Area supported with a tool room and other supporting machines like Vibro deburring, Decoiler and Straightner ,pneumatic feeders, MIG and TIG welding machines and an adequate Tool Storage. We also have well developed sources for all types of surface treatments such as Zinc Plating, Zinc Nickel Plating, Hot Dip Galvanising, Powder Coating, CED coating, Anodising, Nickel Chrome Plating, Phosphating, and other specialised operations like heat treatment, copper or aluminium brazing etc.
